The lower opening of the furnace body is opened, and the opening and closing action of the furnace door is mechanical transmission, which is completed by motor, reducer, sprocket, chain, track, etc. The heating element is made of high resistance alloy resistance belt, which is arranged on both sides of the inner tank through a special hook and insulated from the inner tank. The fan is composed of blower and air guide plate. The blower motor is electrically interlocked with the heating element. Only when the blower is connected, can the heating element be energized, so as to ensure that the heating element can work under the condition of ventilation cycle. The loading basket and the charging car are welded by section steel, and the horizontal center of gravity is adjusted and hoisted up and down. The electric furnace is equipped with a charging basket and a charging car to ensure that the user can work in time. When feeding, the charging basket is installed on the trolley, pulled out and pushed forward. When entering the lower part of the furnace, the furnace door is opened and the rotary hoist works. Hook the chain, lift the charging basket into the furnace, and close the furnace door for heating. When discharging, open the furnace door, hoist action, put the charging basket into the pool for quenching treatment, and then put the basket out of the water on the plane of the car, the chain is decoupled, the hoist is lifted, and the car is pulled out for aging treatment. A pool is arranged at the lower part of the furnace body so that the workpiece can enter the pool for quenching treatment in a short time.
