Structure introduction

The furnace consists of furnace body, furnace door, heating element, quenching furnace ventilation mechanism and control system.

The furnace body is welded by section steel and steel plate, the inner wall of the furnace lining is connected with the furnace shell by stainless steel plate, and the interlayer of the furnace body and furnace liner is filled with aluminum silicate refractory fiber for heat insulation.

The furnace door is designed at the lower part of the furnace body, that is to say, the work pieces enter or exit from the bottom. The lower opening of the furnace body is opened, and the opening and closing action of the furnace door is mechanical transmission, which is completed by motor, reducer, sprocket, chain, track, etc.

The heating element is made of high resistance alloy resistance belt, which is arranged on both sides of the inner tank through a special hook and insulated from the inner tank.

The fan is composed of blower and air guide plate. The blower motor is electrically interlocked with the heating element. Only when the blower is connected, can the heating element be energized, so as to ensure that the heating element can work under the condition of ventilation cycle.

The loading basket and the charging car are welded by section steel, and the horizontal center of gravity is adjusted and hoisted up and down. The electric furnace is equipped with a charging basket and a charging car to ensure that the user can work in time. When feeding, the charging basket is installed on the trolley, pulled out and pushed forward. When entering the lower part of the furnace, the furnace door is opened and the rotary hoist works. Hook the chain, lift the charging basket into the furnace, and close the furnace door for heating. When discharging, open the furnace door, hoist action, put the charging basket into the pool for quenching treatment, and then put the basket out of the water on the plane of the car, the chain is decoupled, the hoist is lifted, and the car is pulled out for aging treatment.

A pool is arranged at the lower part of the furnace body so that the workpiece can enter the pool for quenching treatment in a short time. In the control part of digital display meter, thyristor and digital display meter (see the right figure) are used for temperature control and alarm. The electric furnace is equipped with a limit switch on the door opening and closing mechanism and the loading lifting mechanism. The switch is connected with the power supply of the control cabinet. When the workpiece rises to the highest point, the door opening and closing power supply is connected and the heating element power supply is contacted. When the furnace door is opened, cut off the power supply of the heating element and turn on the power supply of the lifting mechanism to make the workpiece descend for water quenching.
